$65,000+ (commensurate with experience).

Full Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and proactive Real Estate Litigation Attorney licensed in Texas to join our expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and vision to handle a diverse caseload across multiple jurisdictions.

Our firm offers a dynamic environment where attorneys can quickly build their litigation skills and experience. High-performing associates will have the opportunity to take on increasingly complex, high-stakes cases—including multi-million-dollar real estate litigation—as they grow within the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be currently licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • 0-3 years of litigation experience.
  • Must live in the Austin, Texas area, or be willing to immediately relocate.
  • Prior experience representing in contested Real Estate disputes preferred.
  • Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Trust formation is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate understanding of the Texas Property Code, Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, writing sample requested.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of accountability.
  • Excellent attendance record and integrity.
  • Ability to engage in occasional work-related travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish – both verbal and written preferred.
