You will independently manage a personal injury docket from pre-suit through litigation and resolution, negotiating claims, handling depositions, motions, and trial preparation while building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or insurance defense, a JD from an accredited law school, and an active Wisconsin license.
