Job summary

STRATEGIST LAW, PLLC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing litigation team in Florida. This role emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and excellence, with opportunities to work on sophisticated matters from pre-suit through appeal.

You will collaborate with Townsend J. Belt on real estate litigation, business disputes, and complex commercial matters while handling a diverse Florida caseload and aligning strategy with client

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 3–6 years of litigation experience in the listed practice areas.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage litigation independently and think strategically.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all stages of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, enforcement, and appeals.
  • Represent clients in real estate, landlord-tenant, construction liens, title issues, mortgage conflicts, HOA/COA matters, and related disputes.
  • Handle commercial and business litigation including breach of contract, UCC matters, unfair trade practices, tortious interference, and fraud.
  • Address employment disputes involving noncompete agreements and restrictive covenants.
  • Manage bankruptcy litigation and creditor rights; oversee insurance-related claims and collections.

Strategist Law, PLLC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing litigation team. About the Position

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Townsend J. Belt, a seasoned attorney with a strong track record in real estate litigation, business disputes, and complex commercial matters. You will manage a diverse caseload throughout Florida, representing clients from pre-suit through appeal while aligning litigation strategy with their broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all stages of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, enforcement, and appeals.
  • Represent clients in matters involving:
  • Real estate and landlord-tenant disputes, construction liens, easements, title issues, mortgage conflicts, and HOA/COA matters.
  • Commercial and business litigation, including breach of contract, UCC matters, unfair trade practices, tortious interference, and fraud.
  • Employment disputes involving noncompete agreements and restrictive covenants.
  • Bankruptcy litigation and creditor rights.
  • Insurance-related claims and collection actions.
  • Provide legal counsel on business entity formation, dissolution, and contract negotiation.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 3 to 6 years of litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage litigation independently and think strategically.
