We are seeking an attorney with 2+ years of family law litigation experience in Washington State to handle cases involving dissolutions, custody, support, and related matters. The role demands strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage case strategy and litigation across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.
• Coordinate deadlines and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, trials, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and advise clients on case outcomes.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain productivity targets, including billing 6+ hours daily.
