We are seeking a versatile Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate Group and provide exceptional client-first representation for a sophisticated roster of housing providers, including Fortune 500 companies, national operators, and resident-owned communities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a background in some combination of commercial and real estate litigation and dispute resolution, commercial and residential transactions, community association law, and manufactured housing. We are looking for an action-oriented professional capable of delivering sophisticated legal analysis in an approachable manner with effective implementation.
