Taylor | Anderson LLP, a nationally recognized litigation defense firm, seeks a Litigation Associate. You will handle substantive responsibilities from the outset, including depositions, hearings, and drafting pleadings, with real trial opportunities.

This role offers nationwide travel, a hybrid work schedule, and 100% employer-paid health insurance among other benefits. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend and argue hearings in state and federal court.

• Draft case evaluations, dispositive motions, and other substantive pleadings.

We are seeking a Litigation Associate who is looking for meaningful responsibility, complex litigation, and real trial opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Our associates are trusted with substantive responsibilities from the outset and play an active role in every stage of the litigation process. You’ll have the opportunity to:

The salary range for associate positions is $130,000 to $220,000 per year depending on associate level. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
