Taylor Anderson LLP, a nationally recognized litigation defense firm, invites applications for a Litigation Associate to handle meaningful responsibility and complex matters with real trial opportunities.

As part of a seven-office, 40+ attorney team, you will take and defend depositions, argue hearings in state and federal court, and work with insurance adjusters, in-house counsel, and corporate clients, with nationwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend and argue hearings in state and federal court.
• Work directly with sophisticated insurance adjusters, in-house counsel, and corporate clients.
• Develop litigation strategy on complex, high-exposure matters alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Draft case evaluations, dispositive motions, and other substantive pleadings.
• Gain hands-on courtroom experience—we try dozens of cases every year.
• Travel nationwide to handle interesting cases.

We are seeking a Litigation Associate who is looking for meaningful responsibility, complex litigation, and real trial opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Our associates are trusted with substantive responsibilities from the outset and play an active role in every stage of the litigation process. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Take and defend depositions
• Attend and argue hearings in state and federal court
• Work directly with sophisticated insurance adjusters, in-house counsel, and corporate clients
• Develop litigation strategy on complex, high-exposure matters alongside experienced trial attorneys
• Draft case evaluations, dispositive motions, and other substantive pleadings
• Gain hands-on courtroom experience—we try dozens of cases every year
• Travel nationwide to handle interesting cases

The salary range for associate positions is $130,000 to $220,000 per year depending on associate level. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
