Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from strategy session through resolution.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and parties by phone and email.
• Execute firm protocols, including Case Reviews, Strategy Session Memos, and Court Prep Emails.
• Ensure court orders, stipulations, and filings are properly routed and documented.
• Prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for hearings and testimony.
• Provide mentorship and strategy support to Junior Associates as needed.
• Maintain timely and professional responses to client communications (within 48 business hours).
• Maintain CLE compliance and remain in good standing with the California State Bar.

Compensation: $120,000 $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Managing Attorney, youll manage your own caseload while working closely with a supportive legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who values professionalism, accountability, and intelligent, results-oriented advocacy.

What Youll Do

• Independently manage cases from strategy session through resolution

• Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and parties via phone and email

• Execute firm protocols, including Case Reviews, Strategy Session Memos, and Court Prep Emails

• Ensure court orders, stipulations, and filings are properly routed and documented

• Prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for hearings and testimony

• Provide mentorship and strategy support to Junior Associates as needed
