Our client, a well-respected East Bay litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney who can independently manage civil litigation matters from strategy through resolution. The practice focuses primarily on business, real estate, and shareholder disputes.
This is a primarily remote position with in-person attendance in the office approximately twice per month, as well as for hearings and other case-related needs. The firm offers significant autonomy, a collaborative environment, and a reasonable annual minimum billable-hours target of 1,650 hours.
The ideal attorney has at least five years of civil litigation experience and is comfortable taking ownership of cases. The firm is open to attorneys with different combinations of substantive litigation experience, provided they have developed the judgment and skills to manage matters independently.
Matters include shareholder and partnership disputes, complex business tort and contract claims, and real estate litigation, including lease, purchase/sale, and specific-performance disputes.
