Job summary

Oath Law & Planning is seeking an Associate Attorney in San Antonio, Texas to lead client engagements in estate and financial planning. You will educate clients, draft and review estate plans, and coordinate with mentors to grow professionally.

The role is client-facing with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing development, and a competitive base salary with commission. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to impactful estate planning solutions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills required.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Host and speak at public workshops to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Conduct client consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review individualized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Lead document signing appointments and explain plans clearly.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
