Job summary

Oath is seeking client-facing attorneys to deliver estate and financial planning services. You will host workshops, conduct client consultations, and design plans, working with mentor attorneys to ensure high-quality outcomes.

No prior estate planning experience is required; we provide training, ongoing mentorship, and a collaborative team environment designed to positively impact clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• JD and active law license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Host and speak at public workshops educating clients on estate and financial planning.
• Conduct client consultations and gather information for action.
• Design and review individualized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Lead document signing appointments and address client questions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with mentor attorney for guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.

• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and active law license
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Comfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month

When hired, we'll secure an office location convenient for you and your clients. You'll be supported by mentor attorneys and advisors as you grow within our mission-driven team.
