Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Attorney who will become a full-time member of our Sacramento firm, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule - in the office when needed, and from home. This role involves managing a caseload under the supervision of a senior attorney, including drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, summaries, and other legal documents, as well as conducting legal research and preparing memoranda. communicating with Clients and Counsel, providing preliminary legal analysis, and supporting strategy development, and analyzing case law, statutes and regulations, assisting with discovery responses and propounding discovery, assisting in the preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. and being second chair at those proceedings.

Requirements and Qualifications
