Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Sacramento-based law firm in hiring a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of civil litigation experience. The role focuses on handling complex, high-exposure civil cases across California and requires excellent writing and advocacy skills.

The ideal candidate will manage cases from discovery through trial, work within tight timeframes, and be prepared for travel to handle case management as needed. A JD and active CA Bar membership are preferred.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.

• Experience with personal injury, products liability, public entity defense, or employment law is a plus.
