Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sacramento, CA, for the role of Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will handle litigation tasks, including drafting motions, correspondence, and other legal documents, as well as conducting legal research and analysis. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials, and collaborating with senior attorneys and staff. The role requires a commitment to high-quality legal work and meeting necessary deadlines within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Litigation Tasks: Legal research, drafting motions, correspondence, and preparing case filings.
