Insurance Defense litigation firm focused on defending civil rights and general liability claims and actions against municipal entities, contractors and their employees, is seeking a licensed associate attorneys for a full-time position with 0-4 years experience at its Rosemont, Illinois, Merrillville, IN or Carmel, Indiana office. Responsibilities include all matters associated with a trial and appellate practice including attending court, taking depositions, responding to discovery, file organization, legal research, records review, abstract preparation, drafting correspondence, drafting of discovery, trial preparation, and drafting briefs for both state and federal court. Some travel to collar counties and Indiana is anticipated. The position will assist partners and attorneys in all phases of the litigation.

Candidates must possess excellent research and writing skills. Strong work ethic, attention to detail and the willingness to take initiative are required.
