About the Firm

Daily Law, PLLC is a growing remote-first law firm based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We focus on real estate and property law, probate, and family law matters throughout Florida. The firm is technology-driven, efficient, and client-focused, operating with a streamlined virtual office model that allows our attorneys and staff to work remotely while serving clients with professionalism and care.

We are expanding and seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Attorney to join our team and help manage an increasing caseload in our real estate/property law and probate practice areas.

Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of matters including property disputes, partition actions, deed preparation, evictions, probate administration, and probate litigation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment. This is a hands-on position with direct client contact and the opportunity to grow alongside a firm that values autonomy, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload primarily focused on real estate, property, and probate matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, deeds, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Handle client communications, discovery, and court filings.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy in collaboration with the Managing Attorney.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations (virtual and in-person as needed).
  • Work collaboratively with remote paralegals, administrative staff, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records in Rocket Matter and adhere to firm policies for timekeeping and case management.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in real estate/property law, probate, or civil litigation preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with online practice management tools (experience with Rocket Matter a plus).
