Oath is seeking an Associate Attorney in Philadelphia, PA to help clients craft estate and financial plans with guidance from mentor attorneys. No prior estate planning experience required, but strong communication and public speaking skills are essential as you educate clients and host workshops.

You'll design personalized plans, lead document signings, maintain records, and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional service while growing professionally in a mission-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license.
• Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Host and speak at public workshops to educate potential clients.
• Conduct consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review individualized estate plans.
• Lead document signing appointments and address questions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for guidance.
