Job summary

Oath Law & Oath Planning in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our estate and financial planning team. This client-facing role focuses on educating clients and designing personalized plans with the support of mentor attorneys.

You will conduct consultations, lead document signings, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional service while enjoying mentorship, flexible PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management.
• Comfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.
• Continuous attorney mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Host and speak at public workshops to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options

• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and professional development

• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone
