This is a fully remote position with work primarily in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; you will handle a general liability caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial.

• Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required).
