• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse insurance defense caseload through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions and attend court hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and case strategy discussions.
• Prepare matters for trial and maintain strong client communication throughout the litigation process.

What You'll Do
