Kosmos, a leading law firm in Oakland, California, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its corporate and business practice. You will conduct legal research, draft documents, advise clients, and represent them in negotiations and court proceedings.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is admitted to the California Bar, and has 2–3 years of relevant experience. You will collaborate with partners and staff, manage multiple matters, and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar of California.
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in corporate or business law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of California laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
