Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel across municipal law practice areas including cannabis, code enforcement, contracts, land use, litigation, and more.
• Draft, review, analyze, and revise contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and policies.
• Perform discovery, manage electronically stored information, and prepare for proceedings.
• Conduct due diligence on contracts, real estate, and public-entity matters.
• Advise municipalities and public entities on rights, obligations, and regulatory matters.
• Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, mediations, and meetings with agencies.
• Develop litigation strategies and assist in trial preparation; gather and analyze evidence.
