We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys in a well-established legal firm, focusing primarily on Estate Administration. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who is passionate about providing high-quality legal services and solutions to our clients

Responsibilities

As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Manage and oversee all aspects of estate administration, including probate, trust administration, and estate tax returns.
• Provide legal advice to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and related legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and powers of attorney.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide the best legal strategies for our clients.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing estate administration cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
