Job Details

Our defense firm handles a wide variety of cases including product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and more!

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Duties include depositions, law and motion, discovery, client reporting, arbitrations and trials.
• Billable Hours Requirement 170 hours/month
