Qualifications

• 3+ years of landlord-tenant litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills.

• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
• Reside within commuting distance of New York City.
• Available for regular in-person court appearances throughout all five boroughs.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Housing Court and other courts throughout New York City's five boroughs.
• Manage landlord-tenant litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affirmations, legal correspondence, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Independently manage deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.
