Position Overview

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of employment law experience, including both transactional and litigation work. This role involves:

• Counseling employers on various employment-related issues.
• Representing employers in litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
• Admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
• Proven experience in employment law matters, including strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Salary Range: $142,500 - $167,000 (depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors).
