A leading healthcare litigation firm is hiring Civil Litigation Attorneys to join their fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for new grads or attorneys with 0–3 years of experience who want real litigation responsibility, flexible work, and the chance to help hospitals and health systems get paid for the care they provide.

About the Role

• Work remotely while representing major hospitals and health systems against insurance companies and government entities
• Handle 70% contractual arbitration and 30% state and federal litigation
• Get hands-on experience with healthcare reimbursement disputes, contract law, and insurance recovery
• Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced healthcare litigators practicing across 35 states

What We’re Looking For

Barred in Nevada (ideal if also barred in CA or AZ)

0–3 years of civil litigation experience — new grads welcome!

Strong interest in healthcare law, contracts, or insurance recovery

Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to grow
