Job summary

Voll Recruiting is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with a strong foundation in business law to handle estate planning, wealth transfer, and closely held business matters in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates are located in Idaho or Nevada but will consider candidates in other states. 2+ years of dedicated experience in trusts and estates, plus general corporate or business law practice, are required along with a J.D. and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience in trusts and estates, combined with general corporate or business law practice.
• Self-directed with high attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
