Job description

We are seeking legal professionals for growth opportunities! These positions will be Remote in Arizona. You'll need to currently live in Arizona.

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years experience in Construction or Insurance Law!

License: Must have an active Arizona license.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling a diverse caseload of employment and wage and hour class action cases.
  2. Taking and defending depositions.
  3. Writing strong briefs and legal arguments.
  4. Managing a team of attorneys and support staff as needed.
  5. Engaging in trial preparation and experience.
  6. Assisting with acquisitions, including bringing in existing teams or departments.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong writing skills with the ability to provide two writing samples (briefs).
  3. Experience with litigation firm: construction, employment law (as well as risk management and transactional services). Construction defect or insurance experience is most desirable. Will consider candidates with civil litigation experience.
  4. Ability to handle caseloads.
  5. Experience in securities is a plus.
