Distinct is actively seeking an attorney to join a growing litigation practice in New Jersey. This role offers autonomy to manage cases from intake to trial, providing valuable hands-on trial experience and a realistic path toward partnership within a manageable billable hours framework.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–10 years of insurance defense experience and familiarity with premises and professional liability, automobile/motor vehicle, and construction matters.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of insurance defense experience, handling cases from start to finish and including trial work.
• Experience in Premises Liability, Professional Liability, Automobile/Motor Vehicle, and Construction is desirable.
• New Jersey Bar admission is essential; NY/CT/PA bar admissions are desirable.
