Vaziri Law Group, A.P.C. is a premier personal injury litigation firm in Century City, CA seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to handle high-value PI cases and grow as a trial lawyer.

The role offers direct trial exposure, mentorship from seasoned litigators, and opportunity to manage complex caseloads from intake through trial. Applicants should be licensed in California with 3+ years of PI or general liability experience; trial experience is strongly preferred.

Competenze

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury or general liability litigation.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable settlements.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large and complex caseload.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Mansioni

• Draft and prepare briefs, settlement offers, discovery motions, summary judgment motions, and trial filings.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses, parties, and experts.
• Manage client communication, keeping clients informed and prepared throughout their case.
• Interview clients, assess facts, identify legal issues, and build effective case strategies.
• Negotiate favorable settlements with opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness interviews, evidence gathering, and investigation.
