Segal McCambridge seeks an Associate Attorney for its Construction Defect Practice Group in West Los Angeles. This hands-on role offers responsibility on high-profile cases from day one, with mentorship and professional development from partners with deep construction defect experience.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of complex matters in a collaborative, well‑established team. The position features a hybrid work model with balance of in‑office collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction defect defense litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation.
