About The Role

As an Associate in our Los Angeles office, you'll be cross‑trained across multiple practice areas and gain hands‑on experience in both transactional and litigation matters. You'll work closely with a senior attorney who values mentorship and supports your professional development. The billable hour requirement is a manageable 1,680 hours per year, reflecting our commitment to work‑life balance and sustainable growth.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position, Monday through Friday.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses
• Participate in depositions, court appearances and mediations
• Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Oversee estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from start to finish

About You

• 3–5 years of legal experience, ideally with some litigation exposure or a strong interest in litigation
• Comfortable managing cases from start to finish and taking initiative
• Eager to expand your knowledge across practice areas
• Strong written communication and drafting skills
• Detail‑oriented, career‑focused, and open to mentorship
• Licensed to practice law in California
