The ideal candidate will handle motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall, medical malpractice, and product liability cases, advocating for clients to secure favorable settlements or verdicts. You will conduct thorough investigations, draft legal documents, and negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel while providing empathetic guidance throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar admission.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Compassionate approach to client representation.
