Job summary

W3Global in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Attorney to join our premier insurance coverage and litigation defense firm. You will manage a full litigation docket from answer to verdict, draft pleadings and motions, and coordinate with clients.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years' experience in insurance defense or coverage, is licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar, and demonstrates strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on insurance defense-related matters.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and site inspections.
• Actively participate in all aspects of litigation management.
