eLegacy Law is transforming estate planning with a virtual, multi-state model that lets attorneys serve clients who are spread across the country. You will lead a team of a paralegal and client relations coordinator, draft comprehensive trust and will-based plans, and meet clients via video conferencing to finalize strategy. We require a J.D.
and active licensing in the relevant state(s). The position offers a competitive base salary between $90,000 and $140,000, plus performance bonuses (DOE),

We meet with our clients through video conferencing, allowing our attorneys and our clients to meet no matter where they are. Our virtual, multi-state model has proven to be highly successful, and we are growing rapidly! We are actively expanding our team and are especially interested in attorneys licensed in California, New York, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Oklahoma, Arkansas, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Mississippi, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. Following our 5-Step process, you, and your team, consisting of a dedicated paralegal and client relations coordinator, will provide expert legal advice while creating comprehensive trust and will-based estate plans.
