Associate Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm near the Glendale Galleria. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 1 - 3 years of Personal Injurylitigation experience to join our growing team. This role will focus on the early stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and case preparation. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in plaintiff-side personal injury law, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Draft and respond to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production/admission, etc.)
• Prepare and argue motions (e.g., motions to compel, motions for protective orders)
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Assist in preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence
• Maintain detailed case files and manage litigation deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in Personal Injury or Civil Litigation
• Experience with discovery and depositions preferred
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

COMPENSATION &BENEFITS:

• Salary: $120,000 - $155,000
