Base pay range

$ basic salary $70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country’s leading creditor’s right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, and is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Southwestern, GA territory.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and review summons & complaints, judgments, settlement agreements, discovery and other related documentation
• Prepare litigation motions and responses – the associate may be required to draft, review and file any necessary motions during the course of litigation
• 제품 communications with attorneys, employers and consumers as necessary to resolve accounts/suits
• Review lawsuits on new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents
• Manage court coverage placements – ensure coverage is requested, required documents attached and any orders necessary for the requested coverage are handled

Requirements

• Licensed in the State of Georgia to practice law. Additional licensing in other states (SC, IA, MO, KS, NY, NV, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NC) is welcomed
• Comfortable appearing in court and reliable transportation for appearances on time
• Travel may be required; the firm reimburses in accordance with IRS published mileage rates, and other firm‑approved travel expenses are reimbursed in the subsequent pay period following submission for reimbursement
• Multi‑tasking and strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for a high‑volume caseload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
