Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other legal pleadings.

• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court hearings.
• Assist with case strategy, litigation planning, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of litigation.
• Engage in client development, networking, and business development initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate potential claims and develop new case opportunities.
