Job summary

NACBA in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Personal Injury practice. The role supports trial work and requires a JD and bar admission.

You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and discovery, and represent clients at depositions and hearings. Entry-level candidates with 0–3 years' experience are welcome, with Maryland or DC bar considered for eligibility.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Virginia State Bar member in good standing (MD/DC also considered).
• 0–3 years of experience; entry-level considered.
