Job summary

Porrazzo|Rawlings Accident & Injury Law in Draper, Utah is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle personal injury litigation from intake through trial.

You will interview potential clients, manage case files, draft pleadings and motions, supervise discovery, attend depositions and hearings, and work to negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Must be current member in good standing of the Utah bar.
• At least one year of litigation experience handling Personal Injury cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, polite, and attentive demeanor.
• Competent computer and word-processing skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
