Qualifications

• Judicial law clerk experience is a plus.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law matters, including complex dissolution of marriage and related litigation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Participate in settlement discussions, mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals on complex matters.
