Law One in Denver seeks an associate attorney for a full-time, on-site position. You will support Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Probate Litigation matters with strong writing and research abilities and the capacity to manage cases with minimal oversight.

Remote work one day per week after three months, if desired. The firm emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and professional client communication within a tight-knit group of attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in Family Law, Probate Litigation, Estate Planning, and/or Personal Injury.
• Colorado Bar license required to practice in Colorado.
• Strong writing and research skills with case management ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation.
• Manage cases with minimal oversight and maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to prepare filings and documents.
• Attend on-site work with one remote day per week after three months, if desired.

Established law firm located in LoDo is seeking an associate attorney for a full-time, on-site position to assist in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation. The applicant must possess excellent writing and research skills, the ability to manage cases with minimal oversight, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, opposing counsel, and court representatives. Remote work one day per week after three months, if desired.

The applicant must be a team player with a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor. Must be able to enjoy the everyday challenges of the practice of law. We are a small but tight-knit team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff. We work hard, but we also reward ourselves with fun group activities, such as firm lunches, arcade nights, group dinners, and occasional firm trips!

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in at least one of the practice areas mentioned above. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401k benefits are available after the mandatory waiting periods.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (dependent on experience).
