Job description

Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate (3–6 years) to join its growing Civil Litigation practice in Dallas. This role focuses on complex defense cases involving catastrophic trucking/transportation, personal injury, construction and products liability matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases from inception through resolution, including taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and attending hearings. Candidates will also have the opportunity to gain hands on trial experience.
