What You'll Do

• Manage a variety of active commercial litigation matters with increasing independence.
• Represent financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property-related disputes.

• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare persuasive legal briefs and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop practical, results-oriented legal solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Financial services litigation experience, particularly involving real property matters, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated deposition, oral argument, and courtroom experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range is $170,000–$225,000. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, scope of responsibilities, and other applicable factors.
