Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting, filing, and arguing substantive motions, and collaborating with a supportive client-services staff to manage matters efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active NC Bar is required.
• At least one year of litigation experience (civil/government/family).
• Desire to litigate and grow in courtroom.

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney to join the Charlotte, NC-based team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients. With 19 offices across the country, the firm proudly defends and serves national corporate clients and large self-insureds in a variety of complex matters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:

• Active NC Bar
• At least one year of litigation experience (preferably in civil, government, or family law)
