$95,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Attorney role located on-site in Charleston, WV. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and would handle estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, beneficiary designation forms, and other estate planning documents
• Review and draft trust and probate administration documents and other related documents
• Conduct legal research regarding complex procedural and substantive issues related to probate, estate planning, and fiduciary litigation
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients through networking and business development activities
• Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented
• Member of the West Virginia State Bar

We offer a salary range based on experience and qualifications as well asHealth/Dental/Vision medical and 401(k). Salary is based commensurate with experience.
