Job summary

Silverspace Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney with a focus on general liability and product liability to join our California litigation team. The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor, admission to the California bar, and at least three years of relevant experience.

The role emphasizes leading depositions, handling motion practice, and managing a litigated caseload independently while maintaining strong research and writing skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in general liability and product liability.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and leading plaintiff/expert depositions.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload; work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Superior research and writing skills; ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial; review and respond to discovery requests; pleadings and motions.
