Job summary

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Long-Term Care and Medical Malpractice practice in Buffalo, New York.

The attorney will work with experienced litigators on complex matters, develop litigation skills, interact directly with clients, and contribute to case strategy and firm relationships. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in insurance defense litigation, NY Bar admission, and strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience practicing insurance defense litigation.
• Long-term care or Medical Malpractice experience preferred.
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and case-management abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in developing as a litigation attorney within a growing team.

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Long-Term Care and Medical Malpractice practice in Buffalo, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing office and work alongside experienced litigators on complex and challenging matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop litigation skills, contribute to case strategy and development, interact directly with clients, and play an important role in growing and strengthening firm relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $125,000–$160,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
