Associate Attorney (0-5 Years’ Experience)

Bargnesi Britt, PLLC, a growing Buffalo litigation firm, is seeking an attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our expanding practice.

Our firm defends healthcare providers, hospitals, businesses, and professionals in medical malpractice, dental malpractice, nursing home negligence, and general liability litigation. Prior medical malpractice experience is not required. We welcome candidates with strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills who are eager to build a successful trial practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced trial attorneys and gain meaningful, hands‑on experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, client interaction, and trial preparation.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
